**Avoid. Extremely concerning experience.** I am a physician and was looking for investment advice, I had an appointment with this company and **nobody showed up**. The office appeared to be completely empty, and the building concierge said they had **never heard of the company**. Trying to contact them was equally concerning. Calls were answered by what appeared to be an **AI bot**, with no real person available to speak with. The whole experience raised serious questions about whether this is a properly operating business. I also found the reviews published on their own website difficult to independently verify. I cannot speak to anyone else’s experience, but based on **my own experience**, I would strongly advise doing extensive due diligence before giving this company your money or personal information. **Huge red flags. When we started looking for life insurance, my husband and I had met with multiple companies. I can't say enough about Vishal and the Portfolio Planning team.  He took the time to get to know my and my family needs.  I was presented with options and the pros and cons of each option.  He understood my end goals and made sure I got my money's worth.  When it came to life insurance, I was given a higher rate due to being a higher BMI and he asked if he could dispute it as he knows I live a healthy lifestyle and I powerlift.  He was able to lower my rate back to the base rate and I don't see how many others would go the extra mile. I've been working with Tyson for over 20 years. He is the best advisor I've ever dealt with. He takes the time to explain things to you that most other advisors would just pass over. I often have questions about my investments and if I don't have time for a call I can just shoot Tyson a quick message and he will look into my question and get back to me promptly. I reached out to Vishal for help regarding a complicated tax situation. Vishal was kind enough to go over my details and offered me useful pointers and advice. In the end, he recommended that I hire an accountant as his main expertise was not with taxation but with financial planning topics such as budgeting and investing. Even though I did not end up hiring Vishal, I was highly impressed by his friendliness and honesty. My partner and I went to Vishal when we needed insurance to protect ourselves, each other, and our greatest asset which is our home, in the event if something were to happen to us. We wanted to make sure that we were taken care of and Vishal took care of us! What is great about working with Vishal is even during times of a pandemic he was able to help us with all the paper work virtually. He presented us with many options and explained them each thoroughly. We were able to sign our documents and do everything virtually so it was very convenient! He explains the process very well and is there for you every step of the way. We highly recommend going to Vishal! It can be hard to find someone who is not only knowledgeable but that you feel is putting your best interests first. Vishal was that person for us. Working with Vishal has been a great experience! He is our financial counselor who is very knowledgable and has helped us organize our finances and manage our investments. He conducts quarterly plan reviews, which I really like, and provides us with updates and makes plan modifications as necessary. He is always available to answer any questions we have.
